| Thank you, Malcolm. I beg to differ on what the Museum already achieves - for me, my latest visit was to view the exhibits relating to WW2 bomb damage in Putney, and in the process my eyes were opened, amongst other things, to the importance of substantial contributions from ethnic minorities which, in my ignorance, I had hitherto assumed stemmed largely from post-Windrush days. If the Museum's exhibits were split five ways, as the Council proposes [and, I suspect, an awful lot of items would be lost permanently, due to lack of space, etc.], I would have continued to be blinkered to matters of local interest that abound in profusion.
