| Quite right Martine. Cllr Grimston has continually prevaricated and evaded answering relevant questions on this thread. How many times do we have to ask for his plans for the collection and for the financial information relating to the museum before we get an answer. He has been asked for this information by Cllr Knowles but not provided it. Do we have to invoke the Freedom of Information Act to get answers? It continues to be an appalling state of affairs that an elected representative refuses to act in the public interest. It is understandable that some people see him as arrogant, obstructive and unhelpful. Martin continues to act as excuse maker for Conservative policy implying that banter is more important than substance. I am sure no one wishes Cllr Grimston ill health but I am sure he is aware that stress is known to be deleterious to health so perhaps he could help himself by helping us and answering our simple requests. |
