| You asked for alternative suggestions to fund the museum Malcolm and if we are looking at bridging funding until 2009, that is less formidable than in perpetuity. As you know well, Wandsworth is a partner of Western Riverside Waste Authority. Your apparent bemusement is therefore disingenuous. "should be available.."? Not comitting yourself then Malcolm! Which day do you propose? Why not publish now or are you saying you haven't done your sums yet? Further reduction of time to analyse your proposal really is unacceptable. It would appear you have not been as diligent as one may have expected of an elected representative if you need even more time to put your economic argument together, post announcement. |
