| This is factually inaccurate - there was no reduction in council tax before last year's election, for example - but the argument seems very odd. A council or government only stays in power if it satisfies a majority of the electors that it is doing a good job for them. In a democracy why is that something to be criticised - or do you simply believe that people should not be allowed to hold different views or priorities from your own (or shouldn't be allowed to vote if they do)? |
