| I was referring to the WBC 'bit' rather than the bill as a whole. I expect the bill as payable by council taxpayers will be higher but it is the WBC bit which has been frozen these last 3 years and it is not beyond the bounds of possibility that they wish to do the same again. Or maybe Lucille is right - now is the time to allow an increase to take place with the election safely out of the way and a Labour central government to take the blame. |
