| It is good to see that Putney High Street is not at the top of the 2013 provisional list for the worst air quality in London. http://tinyurl.com/kvxnbs3 And it is now less than three times the EU limit for the average NO2 level over the year (40ug/m3) Any bets as to when the annual limit for the number of hours in excess of the hourly limit will be exceeded ? (The EU allows 18 hours greater than 200ug/m3 in the year.)If the limit was broken on 8th January last year, could we get into February in 2014 ? |
