| The failure of the air quality monitor in Oxford Street means, unfortunately, that it looks as if Putney High Street will return, for 2016, to be the first site in the country to exceed the EU limit for hourly NO2 concentrations in excess of 200ug/m3. CleanAirLondon is reporting that Putney has reached 18 of the maximum 18 allowed occurrences (but Knightsbridge is only just behind with 17) |
