I'll agree your ranking of the sources and the importance of tackling the buses (and hope that you'll concede the big difference in the contributions from petrol and diesel cars and possibly the fact that little has happened to improve overall diesel NOx emissions for ten years). I can't see any big UXB , although the average speeds used in Fig 5.1 are probably a lot faster than speeds in Putney and emission performance will change accordingly.
