| At any one time you could most like see from 5 to 12 busses on the stretch of Putney high street. A massive part of the traffic flow issues are the busses stopping to pick up passengers. Unfortunately totally restricting them may be an issue for many but one way to get the flow better is as I have said before is to move the bus depot. The other solution I think is to take away the stop outside WH Smith which I would support however I think there are many that would oppose this solution. The redesign of the area outide the railway station could possibly make this feasible however. |
