| This afternoon I was talking to my friend who lives on the High Street. They tell me that the bus stop outside WH Smiths has been moved a few feet along the pavement. We wondered why it was necessary to have one here at all, since there is not one on the other side of the road in this section of the High Street. re the 6 trees approx that have been planted along the High Street, they have noticed that the leaves appear to have died on some of the trees. They wondered if it was because of the pollution? After all we have had lots of rain, so you expect the trees to have got off to a good start. |
