Thanks Tim. 30% above baseline is very significant. May I suggest that anyone who has concerns about air quality attend the symposium on Thursday evening at St Mary the Virgin Church, Putney High Street 6-8pm. One of the presenters is Dusty Gedge of GRO; an internationally recognised expert on green roofs, green walls and green infrastructure. Dusty has been working on promoting the green approach for the best part of 30 years and was instrumental in bringing about the London BID Green Roof Surveys; 10,000,000m2 available for convesion within 6km of Trafalgar Square alone. Knowledge and research about the use of plants to improve air quality is increasing. Dusty's presentation will be educational, up to date and relavent. I am sure we all learn from him. Not to be missed. |
