| Lucille - see my post of 9.03. Where are all the brownfield sites which have not already been built on with blocks of high-rise flats or have been given planning permission to do so? At least TW have identified a possible brownfield site on the Hamm & Fulham site and predictably H&F are beginning to shout about it as they are planning to "regenerate" it (ie.build more flats). |
