| I recently read that this £3bio project is now a £4bio project and they are still in the planning stage. I have no doubt that the £4bio will increase, the scary part is TW customers will pay for this infrastructure project for years, surely this should be funded by the shareholders??? I believe a public inquiry should take place to establish the scope of the project (why it doesn't include the Mogdon issue), who should pay for it and most importantly exactly where the works should take place. |
