| Mark, I can empathise with many of your sentiments, but what I can't see, is how this is a 'real plan', a 'good innitiative' or 'good for the river' when it won't address the Mogden problem and after all the disruption (wherever it takes place) we will stil have diluted raw sewage floating down the river past us. |
