| I wonder if Simon Lee has a similar sign on his office wall, “35 days till the trustees of the WPCC break the law by ignoring the 1871 Act” The Spencer were presumably confident that their first planning application’s lies would not be noticed by the planning officers, who forced it to be withdrawn. Or when they filled in the form for the current application and they stated that the land was NOT designated, that no one would notice that it is, not once but twice. Or that there are NO trees on the land and that users would not be exposed to contamination and so on. |
