| I can only take your word for the fact it was a 'LIE'. But I'd be impressed if you could explain on what basis you claim for a fact that is was such and not a simple case of a poorly composed application? Either way, as that application was withdrawn, be it by the applicants choice or because they were refused on the basis of the application being incorrect it would appear the application process is working well, does it not? Given that the benches have been there some years now and there seems to have been no detrimental effects during that time I would think it a very slim odds that the planning will go against the approval of the permission. Regarding the Spencer's beer garden, I do not recall any such thing apart from a bit of extended pavement outside a kind of conservatory building adjacent to the side door. I'm confident you'll put me right if that was not the case. |
