| @ Andy The planners are obliged to take into account the LAW which protects the commons, much the same as they have to take into account a multitude of laws and regulations. Or they could do what they did at Putney Hospital and simply lie in their report to the Planning Applications Committee. As you know that resulted in WBC shell out costs when the High Court quashed the consent. The planners cannot simply ignore it, as they are aware of it. If they do, that is unlawful. |
