| Re: Lying to the planners on a previous application: that won't be a material consideration of approving or rejecting the current planning application. The Planners don't (and shouldn't) hold long standing grudges and prejudices. Re: trees, contamination, bio-diversity, 24ha: Maybe, maybe not. Either way it's not material to the planning application. It just sounds like rhetoric to support your core argument. Re: Commercial proposal: Maybe the pub should not be changed any money at all. Then it ceases to be a commercial arrangement?? Genuine question not intended to antagonise. Re: beer garden on common land: They effectively already have that. They are next door to the common and people can quite freely take their drinks over and sit on the grass. Again, the planners will not (and should not) be considering that in their decision. |
