| @ Paul It isn’t my ‘interpretation of the law’. The 1871 Act could not be clearer, alienation of the land, by creating an agreement which commercialises the common, and creates a beer garden, is unlawful. The trustees are obliged to uphold the Act, and if they wilfully refuse to do so, are exposed for a failure of their LEGAL duties. |
