| John, why is it unlawful? The land remains open - I can easily walk through the benches The benches are not a permanent structure - actually there is already a permanent bench there. Does this not set a precedent? They are not exclusively for the use of Spencer Arms patrons. I have spent plenty of afternoons sitting on the benches and not purchased anything from the Spencer Arms. You are making statements that this is unlawful - but isn't this simply your interpretation of the commons act and quite easily debatable? |
