| Does anyone know the source of a report I heard recently recommending that there should be a salary cap for ALL public service officials limiting their salary to a maximum of 20 times the salary of the lowest paid in the organisation? Seems eminently fair to me [& the ceiling should include any bonus structure, by whatever name]. |
