| If our new coalition Government can draft in 3 labour MPs, why do all our local politicans act like squabbling children instead of working together to deliver the services the whole of Wandsworth electorate really want. Most people are quite happy to pay for front line services provided by soldiers, teachers, nurses, social workers etc. At the same time we all want to see evidence of waste being cut out, excessive senior salaries are a prime example. Electorate views have to be taken onboard and egos ignored. Why can't there be a focus by all on what is best for Wandsworth. Instead our Councillors are playing wiff-waff as Boris would say. Regressive not progressive! Time to step up to the mark councillors. |
