| Mr Carter I accept your statement that you do not support Hamas. No sane person would. Their murderous atrocities did not start on 7th October. They go back to the declaration of their Charter which states their aim to be the obliteration of Israel and destruction of the Jews living there. I assume you have read this Charter ? Israel is fighting for its life and as we and the Russians did in WWII against the similarly fascist Nazis attacking us, it is trying to destroy Hamas as a movement and its foot soldiers. Have they been less than perfect (ie 'done wrong') in trying to avoid innocent Palestinians as they pursue this aim ? Probably at times. But Hamas' fellow travellers in the protest marches and its supportive 'keyboard warriors' should just put themselves in the place of the Israelis and wonder - "What would we do under similar circumstances" ? |
