From: John Cameron Sent: 29 September 2014 13:45 To: Simon Lee Subject: Freedom of Information Act 2000 Dear Simon Freedom of Information Act 2000 / Information request Car Park and land adjacent to the Royal Wimbledon Golf Club Under the FOI 2000 regulations I require the agreements / data held in respect of the “arrangements” between the Conservators and the RWGC’s car park / adjacent land. Despite David Devons’ statement that the arrangement is “temporary”, I assume it is covered with legal agreements and perhaps a considerable amount of correspondence. I wish to receive everything held, but would be happy to inspect it at Conservators HQ if it would be more convenient for you. Please also confirm the financial arrangements with the RWGC in respect of the car park and adjacent land. Being relatively new to the organisation, I’ll clearly need to undertake some background research on this matter and no doubt liaise with the Royal Wimbledon Golf Club. Nor do I see any reason as to why you feel it necessary to liaise with the RWGC; my FOI request to the Conservators is none of their business. If I wanted information from the RWGC, I would have written to them. Can you please also update me on the outstanding FOI information which you agreed to provide and the progress of my formal complaint to the Charity in respect of the handling of the request.
