| @Jonty. You are incorrect to say the valuation of £350,000 is "published on the WPCC website". It isn't. They make a statement saying that the valuation was increased from £250,000 to £350,000, but not the valuation itself or the basis on which it was made. No one but you has mentioned fraud. What many of us are saying is that we want clear explanations as to why the Trustees of the charity sold the rights of access to the school for just £1. It is not in their remit to provide educational resources. They should be protecting the Common, and preventing encroachment, not subsidising academies. We believe that they have failed in their fiduciary duty to WPCC and thus to us the Levy-payers. Nick |
