| @ Stephen W I would very much doubt that the "temporary arrangement" can be undone, after 30 years of occupation the RWGC are unlikely to simply agree to hand the land back. If I was the RWGC, I would simply tell the Conservators to jog on Temporary arrangement? Putney Hospital road access is still Common? |
