| I wholeheartedly hope you receive a positive, rational and helpful response, or even better, solution. Last night was a nightmare, not only in Putney, but all the way into and from Central London as well. I believe that a serious rethink is necessary because at the moment Putney (and dug up London in general) is not the place to be, whether living and/or working there. Unacceptable. Setting up a coordination centre to oversee the vast number of road works, traffic circulation, deliveries, road cleansing, rubbish collection and dare I say parking throughout Wandsworth and London is an absolute must. It should ensure that everyday business can and does continue as normal as possible. |
