| As at 10.00 this morning, no sign of any congestion whatsoever, with maximum of 2 vehicles waiting at traffic lights heading north down Putney Hill to cross URR. However, by 10.45, a queue had built up almost as far as Tibbetts Corner, which might be totally unconnected with the gas-related roadworks. There has been no sign at all of any extra traffic along Lytton Grove thus far; at least 2 traffic wardens sighted; and large yellow signs in place to encourage drivers not to divert down sideroads such as Cambalt Road. This is obviously not the height of the rush-hour, however. |
