| Bump... Just bumping this good thread up to the top of the screen... Has everyone seen John's posting from 25th May on this thread...This is a good local story...Maybe you missed it... This story about the church (St Mary's) maybe becoming a P.O made it into The Evening Standard this week, in the section where they do a weekly summary of the local London newspaper news stories...It also mentions how Hammersmith and Fulham council are moving their post office into a library...The "Brown Terror" really has done it's worst on good old England... And there is a story about this issue on the homepage of putneysw15.com called "council turns to higher power to save local post office services." |
