| Martin, to answer on behalf of John while he has stepped away from his computer - yes. Edward Lister's report on the 6 million people features a photo of a large group of council leaders including him and Lord Hanningfield, the Leader of Essex Council. One hopes they found time to talk about post offices as well as aircraft noise and pollution! |
