| To Martin and Jenni I am not necessarily criticising the council here. But the fact that they have the ability to freeze their share of the council tax implies suggests they have sufficient financial reserves to carry the costs (if there are any) of the Essex scheme - and Essex do I believe say there might actually be savings for the council in taking this service over. So let's wait and see. |
