Incidently my husband is a mixed-raced ex-serviceman,who was mentally scarred in Northern Ireland and as I said in a previous thread we have been WBC tenants for years, no benefits, and no trouble. I could not care less what colour someone is, but I am afraid to say that most (and I say most not all) of street crime is committed by young black men (and girls). Did anyone see the interview with David Starkey on Newsnight a few nights ago - also reported in the Mail today. There were several points that he made that I totall agree with especialy when he said that a percentage of white teenagers are taking on black culture to the extent that if a white boy or girl and a black boy or girl where walking behind you, and talking in rubbish so called street talk you would not know who as who until you turned around and saw them. I hear this on the bus every morning when the kids are at school, teenagers not being able to string two words together with out the word 'like or innit' thrown in for good measure. I am so pleased that my sons are adults, because I think I would be the one going to prison for not sending them to school, if all I had was a chose of a few schools in this area how the teaqchers cope I do not know. |
