Mr Everley, I agree with you that those that abuse their tenancy by the behaviour you describe, should risk the forfiture of their arrangements. Such behaviour that is detrimental to their neighbours and could and should be proscribed in their tenancy agreement. However, you must admit that this differs from the double indemnity experienced by someone who will lose his dwelling for an offence that has no direct effect upon his neighbours and presumable has not been written specifically into their tenancy agreement. Where do you draw the line - fighting in the street, robbery, parking offences, tax avoidance ? |
