| Matt we seem to be arguing and agreeing the same points but from different perpectives. I too agree with 20mph limits on residential roads. I too agree that there are some crass drivers out there. I too agree that outside a school 20mph should be tops (although when they're coming out 10mph is more suitable). But I'm not arguing what drivers should or shouldn't do. My concern is that some pedestrians seem to feel that cars HAVE to avoid them irrespective of what idiotic actions they (the pedestrian) take. ie: crossing without looking. |
