| A public board yes, but I was directing my question to an individual. Anyway, of course it's relevant whether he's a driver or not. Because if he's a non-driver he's not speaking from experience. As a non-driver he probably doesn't appreciate that a car travelling even at 5mph can't be brought to stop instantaneously and if a pedestrian steps into the road when the car is practically parallel to him he will most likely be hit. Further, I think the law of the land is innocent until proven guilty...even for motorists! |
