| the BBC website has an interactive map showing "every fatal road crash in great britain from 1999-2008" (Dept of Transport). Incredibly not a single one is located in SW15, that's great news if it's true but I find it hard to believe. My point being, should we lower the speed limit to 20mph because 30mph is scary/unsafe for pedestrians, cyclists etc, or should the decision be based on injury and fatality statistics?
