| Surely the end of using one runway for landing and one for take offs, as described in the most recent three posts is more of a concern than a third runway. It's this that gives some respite from the noise. Putney wouldn't be under the flightpath of a third runway, so why all the fuss - I don't mean to be pedantic, I didn't live in Putney when those discussions were happening. I'm just concerned 'we' residents, council and Ms Greening may have picked the wrong battle? |
