| got this today Dear Resident, I wanted to let you know that I have organised a special public meeting with BAA to discuss Heathrow related issues - on Thursday 10th November, at 7.15pm at Duke Street Church, TW9 1DH. This will provide residents with a great opportunity to question BAA about (among other things) the noise insulation scheme, the Operational Freedom Trials and the upcoming consultation over night flights. The following have agreed to attend and answer your questions: • Nigel Milton, BAA's Director of Policy & Political Relations • Rick Norman, BAA's Head of Noise and Air Quality • Tim Hardy, BAA's Airside Director Everyone is welcome, and I very much hope you are able to make it.
