There is no evidence either way specifically concerning Wandsworth because, as far as I know, no one has carried out the kind of multifactorial analysis on the borough needed to demonstrate it either way. There is, however plenty of analysis from elsewhere. For example, Quddus etc al carried out a meta analysis of more than 20 UK studies and found that:
