Hello Jonathan,

I find sticking to 20mph not that easy, hence I am checking on my speedometer all the time.  Coming down Putney Hill from Tibbet's Corner makes it more difficult as you are going downhill.

I keep checking as I can go up to 22 or 23mph very quickly....  My car does have a speed limiter, but it only works above 30mph..... 

We have a speed indicator device on our road and it very rarely shows green smiley face....  It mostly shows the speeds above 21mph in red but does not show the speed if speeds are above 30 - on a 20mph road.....  "Telling" the driver with signs to slow down are as useless as a chocolate teapot....  Grrrr
