| Steven, I defended you against the claim that you were a psycho killer and the accuser accepted it so really no need to drag it up again. Your implication that Jonathan and other members of Putney Society who campaigned for a 20 mph limit on residential streets were anti car zealots with time on their hands is highly offensive and does not have the merit of being true! One of the strongest arguments in favour of the speed limit on residential streets is one of child safety. If a child is hit by a car doing 20 mph they will probably survive, at 30 mph they will be killed. Are you seriously tyrannised by taking a couple of minutes more on your journey? |
