| Well the obvious answer is Richard doesn't need anything other than his bike, he rides everywhere, doesn't have relations or friends he needs to visit and couldn't care about anybody else needing to travel. Obviously instigating the 15 min cities. What about our future generation needing Universities, or working not close to home. Richard is obviously retired and is unable to see further than his bike. |
