| Wandsworth Council - hands off Putney Common! Council run commons/parks have too many rules, regulations, tarmaced paths, lighting, fences, gates, railings, huts etc etc - which is why I left the environs of Eel Brook Common in Fulham for Putney Common - I rather like it being a backwater to Wimbledon Common, no officials breathing down your neck. I believe the professional dog walkers have to pay for a licence? I'm sure the Conservators would welcome donations from users outside the levy area.... |
