| I have spoken to the ranger, and the Rangers' office up at Wimbledon, who are consulting their lawyers to see how quickly these Travellers can be moved on. Funnily enough I emailed the Rangers' office a couple of weeks ago to say that the Common's defences against Travellers along the LRR needed beefing up and they replied saying they would consider this - but I think their guard was down as the Travellers slipped on when the ranger finished his mowing. As I passed this afternoon I saw that our new 'friends' have their own keys to the post near the ranger's patch so they can drive on and off whenever they like! |
