Mr Ixer

'Mr Hawkes, going back to your first post I thought your reference to "Islamic illegal immigrants" was a euphemism for asylum seekers who would seem to qualify as fulfilling that description, but perhaps I was wrong?'

I find this comment too convoluted to decipher I am afraid.

According to the BBC, 'Crossings in the Channel have increased over the past three years, with 41,472 people arriving in the UK by small boat in 2025. This has prompted criticism that enforcement by French authorities has got worse.

While some UK politicians argue France should be doing more, its government has said police are intercepting boats at sea, aiming to stop them before migrants get onboard.

On Saturday, 602 migrants arrived in Dover on nine boats, bringing the total number of arrivals so far in 2026 to more than 6,000'.

My personal view is that is that some might genuinely have grounds to ask for asylum because of political persecution in their home lands.

Though why they think they cannot do this in France, Italy, Germany or better still Spain which seems to be actually courting them, rather than choosing to hazard their lives in small boats to make illegal crossings of the Channel in order to make claims here one can only guess at.

My personal view is that many of them are Muslims and it is a fact that many have gone on to commit sexual crimes against British women.

The misogynistic attitude of many Muslims towards women in general probably has some relevance here.

I note with interest that rather than condemn them, you condemn the British women who protest for fear of further attacks when such men are housed in their neighbourhood.

"Thick white proles attacking poor harmless asylum seekers" is I suspect your view.

However you would do the same were you and the other faux progressives on this Forum to be honest about it, if they were housed near your comfortable quiet streets in leafy West Putney and behaved similarly.

And don't play the Tommy Robinson obfuscation card.

I do not see his Party of followers having any influence whatever over British politics.

However it is obvious that Islamic based ethnic specific issues rather than those that might be said to affect the population as a whole are beginning to raise their ugly heads.

'Four Independent Muslim MPs elected to Parliament on the back of the Muslim vote have teamed up with Jeremy Corbyn to form an independent grouping in Parliament to increase their collective power.

The new “Independent Alliance” Parliamentary group, comprising Shockat Adam, Jeremy Corbyn, Ayoub Khan, Adnan Hussain and Iqbal Mohamed, is now the joint fifth biggest grouping in the Commons with the same parliamentary strength as Reform UK and the DUP'.

And read what has been/is going on in Tower Hamlets.

And what has been the religion that has underpinned and motivated attacks on Jews and others in numerous other terrorist attacks in Britain over the recent decades ?

Apart from the one incident you report and claim was influenced by Robinson, what other terrorist attacks by people with views close to his can you instance ?
