I am tired of reading blanket denials of the MoJ official data by the usual suspects, so here it is again:

Research based on Ministry of Justice (MoJ) data shows foreign nationals accounted for approximately 28% to 34% of convictions for "sexual assault on a female" in England and Wales in 2024, with roughly 1,114 convicted, a 62% rise from 2021. Foreigners made up roughly 14% of overall rape/sexual offence convictions, despite representing ~10.9% of the population.

Key findings regarding foreign nationals in 2024 (based on reported analysis of MoJ data):
* Conviction Growth: Sexual offence convictions of foreign nationals rose to 1,114 in 2024, up from 687 in 2021.
* Offences: Foreign nationals accounted for a quarter of "rape of a female over 16" convictions, and around 14% of overall sexual offence convictions.
* Top Nationalities: The highest number of convictions involved nationals from India (100), Romania (92), Poland (83), Pakistan (56), and Afghanistan (43).
* Regional Data: In London, up to 47% of sexual offence charges in 2024 were against foreign nationals.
* Context: Data indicates an increase in convictions among specific groups, such as a 110% rise in sexual offense convictions for nationals from Afghanistan, Syria, Iran, Vietnam, Eritrea, Sudan, and Iraq between 2021 and 2024.
These figures are often derived from Freedom of Information (FOI) requests to the Ministry of Justice regarding the nationality of offenders recorded on the Police National Computer.

Note: For official government publications on this topic, refer to the Ministry of Justice and Office for National Statistics (ONS) data on ethnicity and the criminal justice system.

I wonder who on here would squeal the loudest if an asylum centre was proposed to be opened in leafy West Putney?
