I have never mentioned asylum seekers as I do not believe that other than a small handful, these illegal immigrants are fleeing tyranny from where they originated. Some are coming here in their tens of thousands for a 'better life' and perhaps one cannot blame them for that. Assuming of course they are wanting to work and pay tax rather than live on benefits which from the day of their arrival are generous. But many are not. Many are disappearing into the black economy or worse committing crime about which this thread was started. And I rather doubt they are Dutch, German, French, Italian etc etc. Still it will be a comfort to them that you have no qualms about the numbers arriving, what many get up to and the cost to the rest of us. How many do you believe the country can accommodate ? Open borders for you and Zack obviously !
