| I think Roland got his threads muddled and responded to me - I said that heading out to Box Hill from London was an iconic cycle route. In fact I don't think I was misusing the word. Google 'Box Hill cycling' to get an idea of what a big deal it is for recreational and professional cyclists. As for me, I don't frequently cycle (more of a runner) but I thought Sunday was great, long overdue, a wonderful showcase for our part of London and well worth a scheduled day of disruption. |
