Caroline You may well have a point, indeed a substantial point, here, but I would draw the analogy of driving through a town with a 30mph speed limit, where additionally there is one of those warning devices which illuminate should you be driving too fast. It is up to each and every driver to obey the speed limit. You can't blame 'the system' should the device not be working, and you subsequently get caught in a police speed radar trap. |
