And to make it even clearer. I was replying to the point about the junction between Dover House Road and Parkstead Road being physically closed off. It won't be. There are just going to be signs to stop anyone other than buses or cyclists using that junction. (The signs don't apply to pedestrians obviously.)

That's why some people will still probably choose to ignore the signs and risk a fine. And there will almost certainly be cameras (either fixed or the mobile enforcement car) to capture the vehicles that ignore the signs.
